Management of the Association is the responsibility of its Officers, Directors and Community Association Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • greenbelt maintenance,
  • architectural review,
  • deed restriction enforcement and,
  • the Association budget.

The Board of Directors is a group of five (5) volunteers working to better our community and is elected by the membership. The Association is maintained under Florida Statute 720.

The business of the POA is conducted by holding regularly scheduled monthly meetings of the Board of Directors. These meetings are open to all property owners and the Board encourages membership participation.
